We're Fori Games LLC, a two-person game studio in Pennsylvania. This policy covers this website (forigames.com) and our games, including Lena's Garden. It's short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

As little as we can get away with.

• In our games: no accounts, no sign-ups, no personal information. Your progress — the puzzles you've solved, the garden you've grown — lives on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, Apple may back that progress up as part of your device backup; that sits in your Apple account, and we can't see it.
• On this website: no analytics, no tracking, no cookies set by us. The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard, short-lived server logs (things like IP addresses and request times) to run and protect the service.
• If you email us: we'll have your email address and whatever you wrote, because that's how email works. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.

Purchases

If you buy something in one of our games, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of that is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. There's nothing to sell.
• We don't show third-party ads or embed ad networks.
• We don't profile you, track you across apps, or share anything with data brokers.

Children

Our games are made to be gentle enough to hand to a kid, and that goes for data too. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included.

Changes

If any of this changes — say, a future game needs an account for some reason — we'll update this page and change the date at the top before it takes effect.
